Corporate Workshops

Supporting People Through Loss and Change at Work

Practical workshops for leaders, HR teams, and employees who want to respond to grief with greater care and confidence.

Through teaching, personal storytelling, and two guided exercises, we explore how to recognize when someone may be struggling, start a thoughtful conversation without making assumptions, and offer useful support while respecting privacy and boundaries.

Sessions address bereavement, caregiving, relationship changes, and the losses that can accompany workplace transitions. Participants leave with practical language and actions they can use with their teams.

Available virtually or in person by arrangement. Content and length are tailored to your organization. Contact Caleb to discuss your goals and request a quote.

Grief Massage

Space for your body. Room for your grief.

Developed by Caleb Roddy and his wife, massage therapist Jo Anne Gonzalez, our Grief Massage experience combines attentive massage with a setting that makes room for loss. Bodywork focuses on areas where you notice tension or discomfort, guided by your preferences and comfort.

You are welcome to talk, cry, reflect, or simply rest in silence. There is no expectation to share your story or feel a particular way. Your boundaries guide the session, and you can ask to pause or stop at any time.

An optional altar or offering area provides a place for a photograph or meaningful item representing a person, relationship, role, or part of life you have lost. This space can be spiritual, personal, or simply a quiet act of remembrance.
